We continually improve our quality system in an effort to develop partnerships with our suppliers, boost customer satisfaction and enhance the performance of our internal processes. We include lessons learned from our APQP process to streamline production launches while emphasizing root cause analysis instead of simply treating symptoms ad hoc.
Our quality improvement culture is based on the proven works of stalwarts such as Deming, Juran, and Taguchi. A very important aspect of this equation is utilizing concurrent engineering to provide DFM feedback along with our state-of-the-art Romer Arm product scanning system as part of our effort to prevent future quality problems.
